ABOVE PRICES INCLUDE: Full kitchen usage, ice machine, air conditioning and / or heat.
Post members receive a $50.00 discount on rentals.
This discount applies to Post members whose dues are current and their immediate families only.
A 50% DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking, and there shall be NO REFUND if less than a 60 days notice is given for cancellation.
Daytime rentals must vacate the hall by 5:00 PM and nighttime rentals must vacate the hall by 11:30 PM. It is required that all persons renting the hall be informed that they are liable for ANY and ALL damage occurring during their rental of the hall, and that under the law of the State of Connecticut,
NO ALCOLHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING AT ANYTIME OR THE SERVING OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21. VIOLATION OF THIS RULING WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE USE OF THE HALL AND IMMEDIATE VACANCY AND FORFIETURE OF ANY AND ALL FUNDS RECEIVED, INCLUDING DEPOSIT.
In addition, a $100.00 – OVER AND ABOVE the price of the rental shall be required with each booking to cover the possibility of damage occurred during the rental, refundable upon inspection of the hall, and provided no damage has occurred.
The hall must be vacated NO LATER THAN 11:30 pm ON Monday thru Saturday and 10::00 PM on Sundays.
A FULL AND LEGAL CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING
